Putnam County
  • $500,000 for Putnam Hospital Center to Provide Residents Local Access to breast, urological, pulmonary, and digestive cancer Diagnosis and Treatment

  • $220,000 to expand the emergency room at Putnam Hospital Center.

  • $500,000 for the Westchester-Putnam Counties Consortium to provide expanded job training services to jobless individuals seeking employment in the construction trades.

  • $318,500 for Westchester/Putnam Legal Services to help victims of domestic violence.

  • $750,000 to assign full-time deputy Sheriffs to patrol and monitor schools.

  • $2.89 million to make critical needed improvements in Stoneleigh Ave., the major artery leading to Putnam Hospital Center.

    Carmel
  • $150,000 to Hire Two New Police Officers

  • $261,250 to assist in the purchase of a New Fire Truck for the Carmel Fire Department

  • $225,000 for Putnam County to improve and enhance Gleneida Avenue in downtown Carmel.

  • $344,000 for the Town of Carmel to improve the Chamber of Commerce Park and Mahopac Business District.

    Patterson
  • $50,400 for equipment upgrades and improvements in firefighter safety for the Patterson Fire Department.

    Phillipstown
  • $856,000 to make road and sidewalk improvements and increase pedestrian safety at intersections on Main Street.

  • $250,000 to preserve the Manitoga/Russel Wright Design Center.

  • $62,100 to purchase and upgrade firefighting equipment and improve firefighter safety for the Continental Village Fire Department in Garrison

  • $200,000 for road, sidewalk, and lighting improvements to North Pearl Street, Crown Street, Wood Avenue, and Pine Street in Nelsonville.

  • $37,100 for computers, scanners, digital cameras, software and training in computer literacy at the Haldane Elementary School.



    Putnam Valley
  • $480,000 for sidewalks, pedestrian and road improvements on Oscawana Lake Road.

  • $240,000 to help construct new senior citizen residences.

    Southeast
  • $240,000 to repave local roads.

  • $780,000 to repave roads, construct sidewalks and curbs, and improve Route 6 in Brewster.
