There are currently two available methods to donate: 1. Online Contribution. – Click the link below and make a donation using your credit card. 2. By Mail – If you would like to contribute to the campaign, please send contributions to: Sue Kelly For Congress PO Box 599 Katonah, NY 10536 No corporate checks please. Include occupation and employer’s business name. Printable contribution form Federal law requires political committees to use their best efforts to obtain and report name, mailing address, occupation & employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle. Contributions to Sue Kelly for Congress are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Contributions by foreign nationals are prohibited. Contributions from corporations are prohibited. Under Federal law, the maximum allowable contribution per election is $2,100 per person. Individuals may give a maximum of $2,100 in each of the primary and general elections — $4,200 total. Couples may give up to $8,400 from common funds for the primary and general elections, but both signatures must be on the account. |
